God´s plan: Your Choice 1

Does God have really a plan? Reading the Bible – God´s word given to men – we can understand that every creation was perfectly planned by God. The Earth, animals, plants, day and night, … (Job 38-39) God created man in His own image. (Genesis 1:26) God created man for having a relationship with God. We all have a possibility to enter His plan through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ. God has freedom of choice and the same freedom He has given to men. God has a plan for whole mankind. He knows us perfectly – our actions, our problems, our nature, even the number of our days (Psalm 139, Job 23:10, Psalm 31:7, 103:14, 139:16). Because He knows us He wants us to know Him. God has created men with different characters and personalities. His plan is that we „come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.“ (Ephesians 4:13) It doesn´t mean to be a copy or a twin of Jesus Christ but to know God Father as well as Jesus knows Him, to be as mature and have a knowledge as Jesus has. We are joint-heirs with Christ. (Romans 8:17) Men are created to work together, to collaborate using their different characters and personalities. God wants us to grow individualy in Jesus and to have good relationships among us. (Ephesians 2:11-22, 6:10-18, John 13:34-35) We can look on God´s plan with twelve disciples. He chose them (Mark 3:13-15, Luke 6:12-16) They had different characters (Mark 3:17, John 13:23, John 1:47). And also Revelation 21:14 is still God´s plan for these twelve disciples. The presence of Jesus in our lives is enough for completing the plan of God in us. Our responsability is to walk with Him. God can change anybody who submits to His will (1.Timothy 1:15). God invites us to collaborate with Him. He will take care for us and He is above any circumstance. (John 17:21, Romans 8:28-30, Jeremiah 18:1-6)
