John 3:30-36

"He must increase, but I must decrease. He who comes from above is above all; he who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. And what He has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. He who has received His testimony has certified that God is true. For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure. The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

"Bisogna che egli cresca e che io diminuisca. Colui che viene dall'alto è sopra tutti, colui che viene dalla terra è della terra e parla della terra; colui che viene dal cielo è sopra tutti. Ed egli attesta ciò che ha visto e udito, ma nessuno riceve la sua testimonianza. Colui che ha ricevuto la sua testimonianza ha solennemente dichiarato che Dio è verace. Infatti colui che Dio ha mandato, proferisce le parole di Dio, perché Dio non gli dà lo Spirito con misura. Il Padre ama il Figlio e gli ha dato in mano ogni cosa. Chi crede nel Figlio ha vita eterna ma chi non ubbidisce al Figlio non vedrà la vita, ma l'ira di Dio dimora su di lui."

"O büyümeli, bense küçülmeliyim. Yukarıdan gelen, herkesten üstündür. Dünyadan olan dünyaya aittir ve dünyadan söz eder. Gökten gelen ise, herkesten üstündür. Ne görmüş ne işitmişse ona tanıklık eder, ama tanıklığını kimse kabul etmez. O'nun tanıklığını kabul eden, Tanrı'nın gerçek olduğuna mührünü basmıştır. Tanrı'nın gönderdiği kişi Tanrı'nın sözlerini söyler. Çünkü Tanrı, Ruh'u ölçüyle vermez. Baba Oğul'u sever ve her şeyi O'na emanet etmiştir. Oğul'a iman edenin sonsuz yaşamı vardır. Ama Oğul'un sözünü dinlemeyen yaşamı görmeyecektir. Tanrı'nın gazabı böylesinin üzerinde kalır." Yuhanna 3:30-36
